Options Dialog

The Options dialog provides access to options that you can use to personalize specific settings.

General



  • Startup Profiles list with List View: Selecting this option causes the Profile list in the Main Window to display all profiles in List mode.
  • Always backup profiles when adding/updating: Displays the Backup profile Browse dialog to appear each time you create or update a profile. The ...and backup option is checked automatically.
  • Restore original settings: Restores all personalized settings to their original state.
  • FTP IP Address: Displays the IP Address of the FTP server to which PubAssist FTP will connect.
  • Local IP Address: Displays the IP address of the machine on which PubAssist FTP is running. This is for reference only and has no bearing on any features.

Backups



  • Always backup profiles when adding/updating: Selecting this option causes PubAssist FTP to select the ...and Backup feature (on the Main Window) when PubAssist FTP is started.
  • Always backup profiles automatically: Selecting this option forces a silent backup of your profiles each time a profile is updated or a new one is created. Click the Browse button to locate and select the folder to which you wish to automatically backup.
